Vendor Information

Please read all vendor information thoroughly and carefully. Thank you.

Space available: 10 ft x 10 ft
Exceptions in footprint size will be made for food vendors, up to a maximum of 10 x 15 ft, in order to accommodate roasters and stock etc.
Absolutely no trucks or trailers over 10’ wide (to maintain emergency access).

Dates and Duration:
Friday June 3, 2022 (6pm to 11:00pm)
Saturday June 4, 2022 (11am to 11:00pm)
Sunday June 5, 2022 (11am to 6:00pm)

Please note that sending an application does not mean you will automatically be approved. Many of our BIA members use the space in front of their shops, so space is very limited.

Vendors may share spots. However, the vendor fee must be paid in full by the primary applicant by the deadline and only their business will be listed in the online festival vendor directory.

On approved, no reselling or subletting without explicit permission from the festival.

Vendors must bring their own tent (no larger than 10 x 10 ft), sandbags or other approved weights for tent legs, tables, chairs and be prepared for all types of weather.

Vendors must bring their own lights and battery pack and/or generator; unfortunately no power outlets are available. Portable generators and food truck generators MUST be whisper quiet. Maximum allowed noise from a generator will be 60 decibels. We aim to keep noise pollution to a minimum. Also, please let us know if you plan to share a generator with another vendor so that we can locate you beside each other

Locations are assigned for very specific reasons, after careful consideration. Every attempt is made to drive foot traffic to all areas within the festival perimeter so that all vendors can get good exposure to attendees, to avoid direct competition with other vendors of similar products or with our BIA shops whose levies are funding the festival. If any vendor changes their location after they have been assigned one, their booth will be shut down, and no refunds will be issued. Future application will not be considered.

Officially, the festival starts at 6pm on Friday June 3 and at 11am on Saturday June 4, but set-up starts at 2pm on Friday. The earlier you set up, the sooner you can start serving customers in an orderly manner. We appreciate patience and cooperation during set-up and tear down.
